Christy Hemmingway

As founding partner and CEO of CNK Tech, Christy works with organizations and institutions to use OrigamAi to help them understand where their strengths lie as well as areas of weakness that may be hindering performance and success.

In addition, Christy develops curriculum for CNK Tech’s interactive online course, DoctoRevolution, which is designed to support medical practitioners in maintaining their mental health and reducing or avoiding burnout.

Prior to CNK Tech, Christy spent fifteen years with TD Canada Trust in various roles from branch manager to human resources counsellor to deputy ombudsman. In her last position with TD as senior manager for sales and customer experience, she developed and implemented initiatives to engage employees in more than 200 branches across Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan in achieving sales and customer service goals.

Leveraging her extensive knowledge in the financial services industry, Christy is currently lead instructor in the Financial Services Program with Chiu School of Business at Bow Valley College in Calgary. She holds an MBA and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Christy is also an aspiring author who enjoys running, and spending time with her husband and new infant son.
